Who is responsible
Wondergadgetjolt Ltd, 18 Great Suffolk Street, London SE1 0UG, United Kingdom, company no. 14867231, is responsible for personal information handled in connection with this website. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or rights requests.
Reading the website
The supplied website code contains no analytics, advertising pixels, account system or third-party embedded widgets. Requests to deliver pages and images necessarily disclose technical information, such as an IP address and browser request details, to the hosting infrastructure. Any operational logs should be limited to delivery, security and troubleshooting needs and retained no longer than necessary for those purposes.
Where technical personal data is processed to operate and protect the site, the relevant basis is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure information service, balanced against visitors’ rights.
The local note tool
The Contact tool builds a plain-text preview in your browser. Its code does not transmit form fields or store the draft in localStorage. Copying places text on your device’s clipboard after you request it; downloading creates a text file on your device. Your browser or device may independently retain form suggestions, clipboard contents or downloaded files under its own settings.
When you email us
If you send a message, we receive the information in that email, including your address, message and any attachments. We use it to consider your enquiry, respond, review corrections and maintain necessary correspondence records. The usual basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence and maintaining editorial accuracy. Where a legal obligation requires processing, that obligation provides the relevant basis.
We retain correspondence only while needed for the enquiry, relevant follow-up or a legitimate legal or editorial record. Retention depends on the subject and cannot be reduced to a single period for every message. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information or personal data about others.
Service providers and disclosures
Hosting and email providers may process information as needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. Any international transfer of personal data must use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
Browser preferences
The optional browser-choice control on the Cookies page stores a single preference only when requested. It does not store your contact draft. Clearing site storage removes that value.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your relevant data protection authority. Contacting us first may help resolve a concern, but is not a condition of making a complaint.
External links and changes
Source links take you to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. This notice may change if site functionality or processing changes. Material new processing should be explained before it is introduced.
